it is the poor management and bad state of power sector in India. The power outage was caused because few states were drawing more power from the grid than they were supposed to be. There is a need of attention of the Govt., investments and pragmatically installation of smart grid in India. The Govt. does not recognize the growing importance of the economy and pays a blind eye to almost everything.
Hoping for good !
